The cladding alignment fiber fusion splicer is an instrument that performs fiber fusion splicing through cladding alignment. It has two built-in motors and a camera. The fiber alignment process is: place the fibers to be spliced in fixed V-shaped grooves, then use the camera to adjust the position of the fixed V-groove according to the concentricity of the optical fiber to align the cladding of the two optical fibers, and finally use two motors to advance the optical fiber for electrode discharge welding.
